My typical day starts at 8.00am when I get into the car to go to work, by the traffic lights my work BlackBerry powers up and the emails start to come in because South Africa is an hour ahead, and London is an hour behind,  so by 10am there is a mad dash to reply and delegate work. 

10.30am: I check the Outnet to see if anything I really wanted in a past season has arrived, and then I go back to work.
